Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full or partial refund within 7 days of the date of your purchase, provided that the request meets the conditions in this policy. Requests made after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund.

2. Partial Use and Pro-Rata Refunds

If you have already used part of the benefits included in your purchase (for example, generation credits or subscription features), your refund will be calculated in proportion to the unused portion:

• Refund amount = amount paid × (unused benefits ÷ total benefits purchased).
• Used benefits are not refundable.
• If all benefits have been consumed, no refund will be issued.
• Bonus or promotional credits and any discounts applied are not refunded in cash.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@thinksound.io within 7 days of purchase, including your account email and order details. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. Transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted where permitted by law.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Use.
• Fully consumed credits or benefits.
• Purchases where fraud or abuse of the refund policy is detected.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period; please follow the refund process above if you are within 7 days of the charge.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
